My oldest daughter used to love to buy Tiger’s Bar, for her health. We thought she was doing a good thing but at the time we weren’t really educated on sugar and sugar type ingredients like high fructose corn syrup.
Today I got to thinking about the nutrition facts and what the differences might be between Tiger’s Bar and Evolv Health Life Bar. I’m just going to post photos of the Nutrition Facts of each one but not commentate on it since I’m not a nutritionist.

Here is a tiny fraction of explanation of how sugar affects us.
“Constant over-consumption of refined sugar and sugar-producing carbs combined with a lack of healthy fats, fiber, and essential nutrients in our diets can throw these critical hormones completely out of balance. This imbalance forces your cells to burn sugar instead of fat as their primary source of fuel. No amount of willpower, caloric restriction, or exercise can override this imbalance.” https://www.evolvhealth.com/lifebar/
I’m so happy we discovered the Evolv Health Life Bar. Our good health is certainly worth it! And with each bar we nourish ourselves with we are also feeding a malnourished child.
