in your network marketing business carries with it responsibility to those you and your team members sponsor.
Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them—not
because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not
pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve; not lording it over those entrusted
to you, but being examples to the flock. — 1 Peter 5:2-3 NIV
I was always told that when I sponsor someone into my network marketing business that it wasn’t just so I could make money from them. I had a responsibility to help them achieve their goals and realize their dreams too. Not just sponsor and leave them high and dry. Granted, there will be those you eventually see you can’t help if they don’t accept the help.
In most network marketing businesses there is a system that’s followed. It’s kind of like business people who buy a franchise. They follow the franchise system because the methods used are proven successful. It’s the same with the systems we follow in network marketing. It has proven time and time again to work.
It’s not required that members follow the system but the chances of succeeding are much higher if the system in place is followed. So, you as a leader and an example to your team must also plug in to your respective network marketing system, teach others how to use the system and become leaders too.
